SPEAKERS PANEL

Join us this coming Wednesday for an insight into the world of festival event organising. Mella Faye Punchard will present an overview of festival plans for 2015 and will then invite a panel of local experts to speak on their experiences of event organising.

Find out how you can turn a good idea into reality and hear about the funding, marketing, administration and delivery of all kinds of events.

Speakers include:

Christine Howitt - Adur Art Trail
Gary Baines - Military History Weekend
Lydia Schilbach - WSCC Principal Community Officer
Andrea Ballance - Adur Sea Of Lights

We'll also be joined by a representative from Adur District Council's Events Team who will be on hand to answer questions.

Join us at 6p.m. Ropetackle Centre, Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex.

The second Festival Speaker's Panel, 'How to Fund Your Event' will take place on 11th February at Ropetackle, at the slightly later time of 7p.m.
Adur Festival is a celebration of arts and community. The festival provides a platform for artists, individuals, community groups, schools, businesses and local charities to put on their own events. Events are compiled into a central programme by the Ropetackle Trust. Ropetackle also organises a district wide street party for the festival, with both local and visiting artists, performing on the streets of Adur.
